Refund policy
All of our items can be return within 15 days after receiving you item; if purchase through our online store. All sales made in person or in any Independent Market are final and cannot be returned nor exchange. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I get a refund or exchange an item(s)?
Absolutely, returns for refunds or exchanges are free of charge. Eligible items can be return or exchange as long as:
The item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original or secure packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. And, they also must be returned in their secure and protected packaging to prevent item(s) arriving broken or damaged. If not properly package, and the item(s) is damaged or broken no refund or credit may be applicable.
Please note that if the item(s) was not properly package, and the is damaged or broken a restock and shipping fee may be applied.
